Smoke Ventilation is an essential requirement of many modern buildings. We specialize in smoke shaft risers with motorized smoke ventilation units at each building level. We are experts at smoke ventilation of rooms, corridors and means of escape staircases.
Smoke Extraction Systems
Smoke Extraction Systems consisting of very large fans, dampers, ductwork and electrical control systems are also part of our specialist package. After each service visit a report will be issued highlighting any defects found, and on rectification a Certificate of Conformity will be issued.
Maintenance, testing, inspection and reporting can be carried out across the UK on a pre-planned annual basis or on an emergency call if required.
